Caitlin takes the Beast for a Ride
June 25th, 2010
The Beast lives!!
After all that hard work sanding, painting, and wrenching, Caitlin takes the finished product out for a spin… In something incredibly skimpy, of course.
Starting from a black aluminum road bike frame, she added Sora shifters/brakes and front derailleur, an FSA triple crankset, Shimano Ultegra rear derailleur, Sram 9 speed cassette (12-27), Forte pedals & toe clips, and a nice new Brook’s saddle to make sure her ass is sore for the next few months until it breaks in.
I suggested Pink Lightening… but apparently the Beast is set in stone :p

Love the new hair colour!
Wow…. awesome pics …. keep spinning
Its spelt brakes, not breaks.
I dig the bike and the girl.
However… why no rear brake?
@Jason: When putting it together we realized we only had one brake. Most of the parts are ‘hand me downs’ from my boyfriend who is a cyclist as well. We also didn’t have enough tubing at the time either. I plan on putting one on in the future though.
Your hair would look better if it was blonde.
That’s fair. I was simply curious. I was one of the people who was more fearful than not when the paintjob set was posted, but the end results speak for themselves. Very cool looking bike.
Hi there,
Nice photos, i like the colors & light…the bike and the girl together are beauty.
Cheers.
With Love from France.
Fixed is cool, but derailleurs are sexy!
In all fairness to this set Catie is drop dead gorgeous for one and for another her ass is is what is the focus in this photo y’all. Damn just look at those legs! Yeeeeowwwsers!
Catie, the upskirt shot is so f*&)$n hot girl. Not sure if I can view through the rest of the set. (ummph!)
